How to Make Chilaquiles with Chips

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 one bag of El Comal totopos (Thick white corn tortilla chips)
  • El Comal Red salsa
  • 1 cup of shredded chicken
  • ½ cup of Mexican cream
  • ½ Sliced onion
  • parsley for decoration (optional)

To prepare, use one hand full of totopos in a fry pan ,covered them  with red salsa ( El Comal) or you can made your own, you can put shredded chicken and sliced onions, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve it with your choice of cheese; you could put Mozzarellas, Monterrey Jack or Fresh cheese, slices of avocado and also El Comal Mexican cream.
